I'm the founder and CEO of Selflessly, an Indianapolis company that helps employers run giving, matching and volunteering programs their people actually use. In 2026 we rebuilt Selflessly around AI agents that handle much of the day to day, work featured in the Indianapolis Business Journal and in CICP's Indiana AI case study series.
Before Selflessly, I was a director at NIC Inc, building statewide digital services including in.gov work, Indiana's Management Performance Hub and the Know the O Facts opioid stigma campaign, and managing $6M+ in budgets across six states.
I started out in medicine and worked as a paramedic at Wishard Hospital on Indianapolis's Near East side. That job taught me that tools help, and people own the decisions that matter. It is still how I think about AI.
I'm an IBJ 40 Under 40 honoree and TechPoint's Mira Award Community Champion of the Year. I created Open for Service, which drew CNN and BBC coverage, raised $42K for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and serve on Indianapolis's Equal Opportunity Advisory Board.
